Our Entrepreneurship Development Program offers significant revenue potential. With the support of NYDA grants, members can expect substantial growth within the first two years. We provide the resources and guidance needed to maximize your earnings and achieve financial success in fleet management.
- Year 1: Initial growth phase with focus on market penetration.
- Year 2: Accelerated expansion and increased profitability.
- NYDA Grants: Key contributor to sustainable revenue growth.

Year 1: Building Your Foundation
- Initial Setup: You begin with 2 leased bikes.
- Weekly Income (per bike): R700.00 (lease) – R100.00 (management fee) = R600.00 net income per bike.
- Total Weekly Net Income (2 bikes): R600.00 x 2 = R1,200.00
- Monthly Net Income (2 bikes): R1,200.00 x 4 weeks = R4,800.00
- Annual Net Income (2 bikes): R4,800.00 x 12 months = R57,600.00
- Reinvestment & Growth: By diligently reinvesting a portion of your profits, our blueprint guides you to acquire a third delivery bike within your first year of operations. This immediately boosts your earning capacity.
- Projected Year 1 Revenue (with 3 bikes for part of the year): Assuming you acquire the third bike by month 6, your annual net income could be significantly higher, reaching an estimated R70,000.00 – R80,000.00+ (after management fees and accounting for bike acquisition cost from profits).
Year 2: Accelerated Expansion & Maximized Income
- Post-12 Months: Second NYDA Grant Application: After successfully operating for 12 months, our program guides you to apply for a second NYDA Entrepreneurship Grant of up to R100,000.00! This substantial grant is designed to fuel significant expansion.
- Fleet Expansion: With the R100,000.00 grant, you can comfortably acquire an additional 5 delivery bikes, bringing your total fleet to 8 bikes.
- Projected Weekly Net Income (8 bikes): R600.00 x 8 = R4,800.00
- Projected Monthly Net Income (8 bikes): R4,800.00 x 4 weeks = R19,200.00
- Projected Year 2 Annual Net Income (8 bikes): R19,200.00 x 12 months = R230,400.00! (This projection is for the full year with 8 bikes, assuming the expansion happens early in Year 2.)
This demonstrates a staggering growth trajectory, transforming a micro-enterprise into a substantial income-generating business within just two years!
