This program is specifically designed for ambitious young South African individuals between the ages of 18 and 35. No prior business experience is required, just a strong drive to succeed and a commitment to following our proven blueprint.

Members receive two bikes to start their fleet business, with support and resources provided.

NYDA grants are available to eligible members to support their business growth.

The R100.00 weekly management fee per bike covers the comprehensive support and resources Aldorado Fleet Management provides. This includes:

• Ongoing operational guidance and expert advice.
• Access to our network of drivers and assistance with driver placement/vetting.
• Administrative support related to vehicle leasing.
• Updates and refinements to your business plan blueprint.
• General overheads ensuring the smooth operation of the program and our ability to support your growth.

Aldorado Fleet Management acts as your business partner in this regard. We have a robust network of vetted and experienced delivery drivers. We will assist you in connecting with suitable drivers for your leased bikes, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria for reliability and performance. While the ultimate responsibility for driver management lies with you, we facilitate the initial connection.

 While the Aldorado program significantly enhances your eligibility and prepares you with all the necessary documentation (including a fundable business plan), the approval of the NYDA grant is ultimately at the discretion of the National Youth Development Agency. However, our comprehensive business startup package is specifically designed to meet their criteria, maximizing your chances of a successful application. We guide you through every step of the application process.

We are your dedicated business partners. Beyond the initial setup, we provide continuous support through:

• Operational advice and troubleshooting.
• Guidance on managing your drivers and fleet.
• Strategic insights for growth and expansion.
• Assistance with the application for the second NYDA grant.
• Access to our network and expertise as you scale.

As a micro-fleet owner, you will be responsible for:

• Managing your leased bikes and ensuring their operational readiness.
• Overseeing your drivers, including performance and adherence to terms.
• Financial management of your micro-fleet, including reinvesting profits for growth as per our blueprint.
• Adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements for your business.
• Maintaining communication with Aldorado Fleet Management for guidance and support.

 The net income of R600.00 per bike per week (after Aldorado’s R100.00 management fee) will be paid directly to your registered company’s bank account on a [Specify Day of Week/Payment Schedule, e.g., weekly basis every Friday]. Clear payment reconciliation statements will be provided.

As the owner of the micro-fleet, ensuring the operational readiness of your bikes is your responsibility. Our business plan template will guide you on budgeting for maintenance and setting up a robust maintenance schedule to minimize downtime. We can also provide recommendations for reliable service providers in your area.

Absolutely! The two-year projection is a blueprint for accelerated growth, but it’s just the beginning. Aldorado Fleet Management aims to equip you with the knowledge and tools to scale your business as far as you desire. Our ongoing support and your acquired business acumen will enable you to continue expanding your fleet and income beyond the initial plan.

 The initial bikes provided are part of our turnkey solution to get you started. As your business grows, particularly with the NYDA grants, you will acquire your own bikes, transitioning towards full ownership of your expanding fleet. Our blueprint encourages you to use your grant funding and reinvested profits to purchase and own your growing assets, giving you complete control and equity in your business.
