The R100.00 weekly management fee per bike covers the comprehensive support and resources Aldorado Fleet Management provides. This includes:

- Updates and refinements to your business plan blueprint.

Aldorado Fleet Management acts as your business partner in this regard. We have a robust network of vetted and experienced delivery drivers. We will assist you in connecting with suitable drivers for your leased bikes, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria for reliability and performance. While the ultimate responsibility for driver management lies with you, we facilitate the initial connection.
While the Aldorado program significantly enhances your eligibility and prepares you with all the necessary documentation (including a fundable business plan), the approval of the NYDA grant is ultimately at the discretion of the National Youth Development Agency. However, our comprehensive business startup package is specifically designed to meet their criteria, maximizing your chances of a successful application. We guide you through every step of the application process.

The net income of R600.00 per bike per week (after Aldorado’s R100.00 management fee) will be paid directly to your registered company’s bank account on a [Specify Day of Week/Payment Schedule, e.g., weekly basis every Friday]. Clear payment reconciliation statements will be provided.
As the owner of the micro-fleet, ensuring the operational readiness of your bikes is your responsibility.
